We are looking for a Policy Control System (PCS) Administrator to join our Corporate Compliance and Governance team in Sofia. This is the central, hands-on role behind our Policy Control System: the place where every corporate policy and controlled document is registered, version-controlled, approved, published and eventually archived.
It is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative and process background who wants to build a career in corporate governance. You will work closely with the Director of Corporate Compliance and Governance, who will guide the work and share the more complex governance decisions with you as you grow into them. Full in-house training on the Policy Control System technology is provided, and there is a clear path to take on broader ownership of the function over time.

Job Description
Your Influential Mission: You Will...

• Maintain the Policy Control System as the single, authoritative source of truth for all corporate policies and procedures.
• Apply and enforce the agreed identification codes, naming conventions and formatting standards for every controlled document, so that lineage and traceability are always clear.
• Carry out the final administrative review of submitted documents before publication, and check that versioning is correct so a new document properly supersedes the one before it.
• Coordinate with departments across the business to confirm that stakeholder feedback has been incorporated and that each document has the required sign-off before release.
• Manage the release of finalised documents into the central repository, keeping them accessible to the right user roles and restricted from everyone else.
• Configure access rights and permissions in the system according to defined user roles and security levels.
• Look after the full document lifecycle: storage, retention, decommissioning and archiving, in line with company policy and legally required retention periods.
• Protect published documents using the agreed technical settings, so that final versions cannot be altered.
• Deliver practical training to document owners and approvers on how the system works, and keep records of who has been trained.
• Support internal audits by producing complete, traceable documentation and audit trails, and help log and track the remediation of any findings.

Qualifications

Components for Success: You...

• Have two to four years of experience in an administrative, document control, process or policy-related role within a corporate environment.
• Write and edit to a genuinely high standard in English. Your written English needs to be strong and precise, because you will be reviewing and improving formal corporate documents.
• Are highly proficient in Microsoft Word, including styles, section breaks and templates, and comfortable keeping a large set of documents to one consistent corporate look.
• Are meticulous and rigorous with detail, and take pride in following defined procedures exactly.
• Communicate confidently with colleagues at every level and across very different functions, from finance and tax to compliance, legal, technology and people teams.
• Can work independently on agreed directives, manage your own workflow and prioritise without close supervision.
• Apply common sense and logical problem solving to process issues that a system alone will not resolve.

You'll Get Extra Points for...

• Experience in technical or policy writing, or in preparing formal documentation for a large organisation.
• Any qualification, certification or formal training in corporate governance, risk or internal control.
• Exposure to corporate group policy areas such as AML, anti-bribery and corruption, data protection or information security.
• Experience supporting a legal, company secretarial or governance team, or working alongside legal professionals.
• An understanding of what a publicly listed company needs from its policies and reporting, beyond the words on the page.
